This lightly heated practice begins with a Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, and incorporates strength training and high intensity interval training to improve your cardiovascular endurance and help you burn maximum body fat. As an option, light free weights are threaded into the practice to increase strength and power. The practice concludes with restorative postures to increase your flexibility and a guided meditation.
