On December 27th, 2017 I hopped on a three day juice cleanse. This one if you're wondering.  I didn't do it to lose weight or for some other narcissistic reason (not that there's anything wrong with occasional narcissism—do I look thin in this photo?). Mental health days are real. And so is stress, anxiety and a whole lot of other bullshit I need not mention for the sake of positivity. So let's talk about a mental health day...or two. Growing up, I can’t remember what my water intake was like. I wasn’t heavy into sweets and I don’t recall having a favorite juice per say, but I know I drank soda way more than what I do now. My point? Water wasn’t always my thing, but it is now. At age 17 (I’m 29 now), I decided to cut meats and poultry out my diet. What started as a bet soon turned into a lifestyle.
